At Your Crystal Story, every item is custom-made to order using your personal photos. Because these pieces are uniquely yours and cannot be resold, we have a specific policy:

✅ Damaged or Defective Items If your crystal arrives broken, chipped, or with a clear manufacturing defect, we will ship a 100% free replacement immediately. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage.

❌ Change of Mind & Returns Because our products are permanently laser-engraved with your custom images, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for "change of mind" once production has started. Please double-check your order details and photo quality before purchasing.

📍 Local Pickup Orders For local pickups in Las Vegas, please inspect your crystal at the time of collection. We’ll address any concerns on the spot!
