📍 Local Pickup (Las Vegas, NV)

Skip the wait and the shipping fees! We offer fast local pickup at our Las Vegas location.

  • Ready in: Same day or next business day.

  • Notification: You will receive an email as soon as your crystal is ready for pickup. Please bring your confirmation email when you come to collect your order.

📦 Domestic Shipping (USA)

We ship nationwide via USPS to ensure your crystal arrives safely.

  • Processing Time: Most orders are designed and engraved within 1–2 business days.

  • Shipping Time: Once dispatched, USPS typically delivers within 3–5 business days, depending on your location.

🌍 International Shipping (Worldwide)

We are proud to share your crystal stories across the globe!

  • Carriers: We use international shipping partners to reach almost any destination.

  • Shipping Time: International orders typically arrive within 7–21 business days, depending on your country's customs processing times.

  • Customs & Duties: Please note that international orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, and custom fees levied by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. Your Crystal Story has no control over these charges.

🛡️ Shipping Protection & Damages

Your memories are fragile, and we pack them with extreme care. However, if your crystal arrives damaged during transit:

  1. Please take a photo of the damaged item and the packaging.

  2. Reply directly to your order confirmation email or contact our support team  within 48 hours of delivery.

  3. We will prioritize a replacement for you immediately at no extra cost.
