Your 3D Photo Quality Guide
To ensure your Signature Bundle captures every detail in 1,000,000 points of light, follow these three simple rules:
✅ The "Golden" Photos (Best Results)
- High Resolution: Use original photos from your phone or camera (avoid screenshots or filtered social media saves).
- Good Lighting: Clear, bright, natural light on the face/subject works best. Avoid heavy shadows or "backlit" photos where the background is brighter than the person.
- Centered Subjects: Photos where the person or pet is looking toward the camera and not cut off at the edges.
⚠️ The "Warning" Photos (May Look Grainy)
- Dark Photos: If the subject is in the dark, the laser etching will look faint.
- Group Photos: More than 4 people in a 4" block can make individual faces lose detail.
- Blurry Images: If the photo is out of focus, the 3D etching will also appear soft.
❌ Photos to Avoid
- Screenshots: These lose 80% of the detail needed for 3D depth.
- Extreme Close-ups: If the top of a head or a side of a shoulder is cut off in the photo, it will appear cut off in the crystal.
